EXPERTISE
I'm a Training and Development Facilitator
I am a Points of You © trained facilitator. Points of You is a methodology that utilizes creative tools for training and development through phototherapy. These workshops can be tailored to cover any topic such as organizational values, diversity equity and inclusion, communication, leadership, etc. These workshops are engaging and leave the participants with a new “point of view” to help them reshape and reimagine their organizational experiences.
I Work to Identify the Hidden Experiences in your Organization
I work to identify the struggles which are unexpressed by staff and which impact on productivity and overall job satisfaction. Through my unique approach, I can help define, unify, and streamline your organization's leadership and management practices. This is done by collecting data from the different aspects of your organizations existing power relationship.
I Center the Emotional Experience of Staff in Times of Organizational Change
Through my research and professional experience, I have learned that the balance of organizational systems depends on a healthy emotional experience of staff. If staff feel contentment, emotional safety, trust, value, and emotional comfort, they are more likely to be productive, invested in their work, and contribute to a healthy working culture.
